Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sprinklers-orlando.com and the services provided by Brock Irrigation & Sprinkler Co. ("Company"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Estimates and quotes

Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Final pricing may vary based on field conditions discovered during work. Any material change to scope will be communicated and approved in writing before execution.

2. Payment

For installations, a deposit may be required before scheduling. Final payment is due upon completion. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month.

3. Warranty

New installations include a 5-year workmanship warranty. Repair work carries a 90-day warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to all equipment. Warranties exclude damage from third-party work, vandalism, freezing, or acts of God.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a $89 trip fee.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content is the property of Brock Irrigation & Sprinkler Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to this Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Venue lies in Orange County, California.
