FAQ

Answers before you call.

How much does a new sprinkler system cost in Orange County?+

A typical 4–6 zone in-ground residential system in South OC runs $2,800–$5,500 depending on lot size, soil, and head count. We provide written, itemized estimates after a free on-site visit — no obligation.

Are you licensed and insured?+

Yes. Brock Irrigation & Sprinkler Co. is fully licensed, bonded, and carries general liability and workers' comp insurance. Documentation is available on request.

How fast can you come out for a repair?+

Most non-emergency service calls in Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, and Irvine are scheduled within 3 business days. Emergencies (active leaks) usually within 24 hours.

Do you offer a warranty?+

Yes. New installs include a 5-year written workmanship warranty plus full manufacturer coverage on Hunter, Rain Bird, Rachio, and Hydrawise components. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty.

Will a smart controller really save water?+

In our customer base, average savings are 30–40% in the first season — and you may qualify for an MWDOC rebate that offsets most of the controller cost. We file that paperwork for you at no charge.

Do you work with HOAs?+

Frequently. We're familiar with Coto de Caza, Ladera Ranch, Talega, and most master-planned communities in South OC, and we handle architectural-committee paperwork as part of the job.

Do you take credit cards?+

Yes — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. We also accept checks and ACH transfers.

What areas don't you serve?+

We currently stay within roughly a 25-mile radius of Aliso Viejo. For projects outside that range, please call and we'll see what we can do.
