Terms of Service

By accessing https://sprinklers-orlando.com/ or engaging Sprinklers Orlando for services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Sprinklers Orlando provides residential and commercial irrigation services including design, installation, repair, smart-controller upgrades, drip systems and seasonal maintenance.

2. Estimates & quotes

Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during work; any change will be communicated and approved before continuing.

3. Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, check, ACH and major credit cards.

4. Workmanship warranty

New installations carry a two-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on parts apply separately. Damage caused by misuse, third parties, or weather is not covered.

5. Liability

Sprinklers Orlando is not liable for unforeseen damage to underground utilities, root systems, or hardscapes that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to work.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel scheduled service free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice.

7. Intellectual property

All website content, designs and photography are the property of Sprinklers Orlando and may not be copied without permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA.
